Hi! My name is Matthew. I am a guitar player from Long Island, New York. I started life with a love for theatre and began my on-stage career performing in local and professional musicals in New York. The wind then took me in the direction of dance. I began studying ballet at the School Of American Ballet at Lincoln Center at the young age of ten. After years of dance-related injuries, I decided to leave my ballet dreams behind and pursue my love of music. I enrolled in Berklee College of Music to study guitar performance and music business. It was there that I honed my skills of stylistic diversification, sight reading, and professional musicianship practices. I graduated from Berklee in the spring of 2022!

Post graduation, I've been working for the John Engeman Theatre and The Argyle Theatre, playing shows like Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Rock Of Ages, and more. I also work for Hank Lane Music as both a musician and a marketer. I find myself frequently playing at 54 Below, doing workshops for new musicals, and playing for restaurants and lounges in NYC and Long Island.
When I put down my instrument, I love playing with my many dogs and cats, meditating, and hanging with friends. I'm always working on new music, learning new shows, and rehearsing with my band!
